How much does it cost to build an MVP?
Our MVP in 6 Weeks package starts at $9,900, fixed price, from idea to a launchable product: scoping, UX, a senior engineer building end to end, deploy, app store submission, and 30 days of fixes. After a scoping call the "from" price becomes an exact written quote, before any work starts.
How much does AI integration cost?
Adding voice, chat, or LLM features to an existing product starts at $4,900 and typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. That covers provider and model selection (including EU data residency), the STT/TTS/LLM pipeline, rate limits, fallbacks, monitoring, and prompt setup you can maintain.
How long does it take to build an app?
An MVP ships in six weeks. AI integrations typically take 2 to 4 weeks. Hardware + app builds are scoped individually and start with a one-week Scoping Sprint, so you get a real timeline in writing before committing to the build.
Why fixed price instead of hourly?
Because open-ended hourly billing puts all the risk on you. We agree the scope and the price up front, in writing, and then it is our job to deliver it. Changes are handled explicitly instead of leaking into a growing invoice.
What if the scope changes mid-build?
Small swaps of equal size are absorbed. Genuinely new scope gets a short written change order with its own price and timeline impact, agreed before the work continues. No surprise invoices.
How does payment work?
40% to start, 30% at the mid-build demo, 30% at handover. For the Scoping Sprint: 100% up front, and it is credited toward the build if we continue.
What is not included in the price?
Third-party costs: app store accounts, cloud and AI API usage, domains, and hardware parts. They are billed at cost, with an estimate up front so there are no surprises.
What happens after launch?
Every build includes 30 days of fixes. After that, an optional care plan from $690/month covers updates, monitoring, and small improvements, or we hand over cleanly and you take it from there. It is your code either way.
Can you work on an existing codebase?
Yes, that is what AI Integration usually is. For larger inherited codebases we start with a short paid audit so the quote is honest.
