// Process
How we work.
Fixed scope, weekly demos, and a paper trail you can hold us to. This is the whole process, from first call to handover, with nothing mysterious in between.
-
Intro call
A short call about what you're building, where it stands, and whether we're the right fit, both ways. Straight talk about feasibility, no pitch theater.
You get: A clear yes or no, and a rough direction.
-
Scope and quote
We turn the call into a written proposal: scope, milestones, timeline, and one fixed price. Bigger or hardware builds start with a paid Scoping Sprint, credited toward the build.
You get: A fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal in writing.
-
Build
You talk directly to the engineer building your product, in working hours that overlap the US. Every week: a live demo and a short written update. Staging access from week one, so progress is something you click, not a status report.
You get: A weekly demo and a staging link that keeps improving.
-
Launch
Production deploy, app store submission where relevant, monitoring wired up, and a launch checklist we walk through together.
You get: Your product, live.
-
Handover
Source code, documentation, credentials, and full IP transfer to you. We stay on for 30 days of fixes, and can continue with an optional care plan.
You get: Everything that makes it yours.
// Always true
Whatever the package
-
A direct line to the engineer.
No account managers, no telephone game. The person you talk to writes the code.
-
Fixed price, no meters.
The price is agreed before we start. Scope changes become written change orders, never silent extras.
-
Clean paperwork.
English contracts, NDA on request, and full IP transfer at handover.
-
US-overlapping hours.
You're never waiting a full day for a reply. Demos land in your afternoon, not your night.

// Questions
Before you ask
How do I start a project with a software development studio?
With a free 30-minute intro call: what you are building, where it stands, and whether we are the right fit, both ways. Within 2 to 5 days you get a written proposal with scope, milestones, timeline, and one fixed price. Bigger or hardware builds start with a paid one-week Scoping Sprint, credited toward the build.
How do I track progress while my app is being developed?
Every week you get a live demo and a short written update, and you have staging access from week one. Progress is something you click, not a status report. You also talk directly to the engineer building your product, with no account managers in between.
Who owns the code when the project is done?
You do. Handover includes source code, documentation, credentials, and full IP transfer. We stay on for 30 days of fixes after launch, and can continue with an optional care plan.
Do you work with clients in US time zones?
Yes. We work hours that overlap the US, so demos land in your afternoon, not your night, and you are never waiting a full day for a reply. Contracts are in English, with an NDA on request.
